1 small pkg. INSTANT choc. pudding
3/4 C. milk
1/4 C. Vodka
1/2 C. Irish Cream
8 oz. Extra Creamy Cool Whip
Mix pudding and milk for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer, then add alcohol, mix well. Mix in Cool Whip.
Put into individual serving cups with lids and I furnish plastic spoons. Keep in the freezer.
I have a friend who is not allowed to attend if she doesn't bring her strawberry cheesecake, choc mint, and other asstd pudding shots. She shared the recipes w me- they are at home on the other computer. I will post asap. Yikes! Sorry about the lack of power. All the threads that I scanned made them sound awesome. Going over to a friends house tonight for taste testing. LOL! And all i did was send him a message on FB to see if he had ever tried them.brznbeaches wrote:I have a friend who is not allowed to attend if she doesn't bring her strawberry cheesecake, choc mint, and other asstd pudding shots. I think I'll try that second one this year - although I likely won't be at the Residence Inn with the nice kitchen so they may just be for Thursdays show.
If I remember correctly, weren't there some locals that might have some fridge space?! Oh wait...maybe not a good idea. HHmmm...a cooler full of ice and put the cups in a ziplock bag? Or head over to the grocery store and make up a fresh batch on Friday. I might need to buy another cooler if I do go to both days.ScarletB wrote:tigzoe wrote:I guess it is no coincidence that most of the pudding shot comments came from GW go-ers. i did find this recipe...
