RM turns 8 today
Heard today on Radio Margaritaville that they turned eight today and that they were going to replay the first show they broadcast from the Margaritaville café in Orlando.

That was an exciting time!!
Coleman and Chris were a.f.j-b members and kept us filled in on the at-the-time innovative idea through conception. Getting RM off the ground took up so much time, they didn't "have time for to play" and we missed them, but were very happy for them and the incredible journey they were setting out on.
Then to get City Walk including that great M'ville building, knowing an artist who was working on the volcano, being a patron in it the first week it was open, going again shortly after that to get in the raffle to get the tickets to the Grand Opening concert, then the show itself AND being broadcast. Live! and free!! It was unheard of!!!
Technology has made unbelievable strides in eight years, and we, simple parrotheads, were all a part of changing the way the world listens to music. I hope history doesn't overlook JB when they recount the history of the internet!
