My 9 yo keet has to do a Lenape Indian Longhouse, a garden, a lake/pond, include animals, etc. Last is the garden. I had some white tissue paper so he used an orange marker to color it then crumple it into balls to make "squash". For corn, we rolled the end of a q-tip in some yellow ink, made some green tissue paper the same way we made the orange andwrapped it around the q-tips. Cutest little corns you've ever seen. But BEANS?????? Any ideas? Oh, and the whole thing is on a board 18"x 24" so we're talking kinda small.

Just buy a handful of fresh green beans and add a disclaimer: "Enlarged to show detail."
Works all the time in jewelry store ads...

I missed the TITLE of the thread and read your post first.
I think two ideas above might work.. Playdough for the vines, and stick in green colored rice??

I tried

Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding
we may have a winner.
there may even be green erasers in my supply closet (my home office looks like a mini Staples store). If not, I can hit Michaels for some tube beads tomorrow!!
