Is this really news? It was back in 1998 when he resigned b/c this issue came to light. Why they published this story today is beyond me when it is almost 10 years old.

I just have never seen term limits as the answer--if you think most politicians can't be trusted, term limits only change the face, but not necessarily eliminate the problem.
