It is a little tougher on this one for me.....it's hard to compare the two songs because they are both quintessential Buffett, but on opposite ends of the spectrum!
Fruitcakes is a song that always makes me happy......and has one of my most quoted Buffett lines "It's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning."
Trying to Reason is one of those songs I like when I'm in sort of a pensive mood...."I can't run at this pace very long..." When I was working full time 60 hours a week or more, it was line that always made me tear up thinking about how out of control my life had become..
OKAY......way more info than necessary....BUT
I voted for FRUITCAKES because I'm all about being HAPPY these days!
