I love the story in Havana Daydreamin more than I like the travelogue and cookin in Gumbo.
I think Havana Daydreamin is more of a ballad.
Again, both songs are great, but an easy choice for me.

Exactly, HD is a ballad...Gumbo, not so much. I love them both, think I know which one I'll pick but I'd better sleep on it.

This is a tough one for me. From the first time I heard Gumbo, I thought it should be a SYKBH. But it isn't a ballad. And, for the long haul, I think I would go with Havana Daydreamin--it is a better song, though I think gumbo is a heck of a lot of fun!

Have to go with the song that was running through my mind the whole time I was in Cuba last March! But with some of the food there, I would have died for a bowl of gumbo!!

Gotta vote for gumbo. It was even better hearing it live in Atlanta last year.
