Geography Class Help (again)

Post by buffettbride »

Hi there!

Once again I'd like your help with my geography class. I don't really know anyone deployed in Iraq or Afghanistan, but this is the topic of our latest class discussion (online, of course):

Do you know someone posted in Afghanistan or Iraq (either by the military or a relief organization)? Where? What is his/her assessment of the situation there?

So, if you would be so kind to share your experiences or experiences on behalf of anyone who you know who is currently serving or has served recently in those areas, that would be great.

I'm not trying to stir the pot, just gather information, so if you'd rather PM me with info than post it here, that is fine by me. :D

Thanks!

We used to have a Buffettphest forum or something, but I don't see it anymore. I think I remember Crash posted quite a bit.

I have a silly question: What does the situation in Afghanistan/Iraq have to do with a Geography class?
