most of the rooms are tower... there are a few bungalo rooms as well... however, even if you book a bungalo room, you may still get put in the tower.... The HG birthday celebration this year will be stationed at the Flamingo....
Mr. HG really wants to stay there this year, so that's where we'll be....
is there something I don't know? Last year he was your beau, now he's a MR.?? or are you just using that in place of beau or SO??
im just using that in place of "beau". He calls me Mrs. (insert nickname) so I'm stared doing the same! Hahahaha...

Well I primed myslef for Vegas a bit last night and hit the local riverboat casino and if it was any indicator I should be sure to party my ass off and avoid the casinos or I'll be broke!
The odd thing is you can find table games of most any denomination in Vegas. ($.50, $1.00, and so on) On boats your a captive audience, couple that with a holiday weekend and your only choice is $25/hand of blackjack and craps.

We are getting closer . . . The MGM Grand Garden Event Calendar has just listed the U.S. Supercross for the weekend of 10/12-10/13. Perhaps in the next few weeks we can expect something announced or know for sure as the MGM schedules around the weekends we know are for Jimmy.
So far those of us with reservations for the 10/20 show are still safe!

you should call them and attempt to book something for the last weekends. See if they tell you they have a pending event. Then try to buy-out the other event....of course you'd need to know what it is in order to bid high enough.
I wouldn't call on the hotel reservation line, just a thought.

Well, I'm gonna go ahead and make reservations for PonchoDi and me, but with the trip insurance and stuff, so we can change if necessary.

FYI - be careful with the trip insurance... it will only let you cancel in a limited number of situations - i.e., sickness, death, and you need documentation. I used to work for a travel agency and although we explained explicitly what travel insurance covered, too many people thought it could cover a multitude of things, while it really doesn't. And you need so much documentation. Unless you've found a certain type that will cover you for anything but at a premium, just be careful and read all the small print. It sometimes ends up being more a hassel than anything....
My advice - book the hotel because that you can cancel. When the dates are announced in August, then book the flight.

Okay there Larry...I see that's the lovely Miss USA on the bottom right with the HOG, but who's the HOG squeezing in the bottom left?

I heard through the grapevine today that the MGM is supposed to be putting an October 22nd concert on sale next Saturday. No word on who the artist is.....but if this is true (and I believe my sources are accurate), either Jimmy is not playing that date or be prepared for tickets to go on sale 6/9.
The rumored on-sale is only for one date....so if this is Jimmy, he may only be doing one show in Vegas?
I should know more early next week and will post any updates when I get them....however, I doubt if I will hear anything until Monday at the earliest.

A Monday Jimmy show in Vegas!? Why does that not make any sense?

Agreed! This would not be JB and doesn't conflict with 10/20, so *whew*.

Are you series?

What would Pauly be doing at the MGM Grand Garden Arena? Would you even pay to see him get his a$$ kicked? I think I'd just imagine it, and save the $5.00.

does he get is a$$ kicked in that? I know I've seen it, but it's been years. Back in the day it was a cool movie, now I'm happy to have seen it, but am not looking to see it again.
Though I'd choose it over watching BioDome again, hands down!
