There has been a change to the tour date page on http://margaritaville.com/tour_dates.php
No new dates added yet..but after checking the website every hour of every day - with no updates being made in nearly a month, I am pretty stoked to see that "something" has been done....maybe new dates will follow..?
or maybe they just took down the date of the last update so it wouldn't be so obvious that nothing has been done in nearly a month.

It's obvious Jimmy's letting us know that the times they are a-changin'... I just think we need to get used to the new era of "Buffett Lite" tour dates.Triathlete-Parakeet2 wrote:I saw that too, since i check that damn site like 20 times a day.
I was sad to see the 'as of" gone. I hope this means some new dates real soon. I mean, that list is pretty skimpy. There has to be more, right? Right? Right?
The next announcement will likely be the West Coast (Fall) leg of the tour. A minimum of 4-5 dates...to a max of hopefully 10. The usual possiblities... Vegas(2 sandwich Sat. dates), Irvine, Phoenix, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Shoreline ---and MAAYBEEE a Northwest venue or two, if we're lucky. We'll take what you give us--thank you Bubba!

There's wind in our hair
And there's water in our shoes
It's been a lovely cruise.

are you a techie at all and comfortable editing code? I only ask because there are applications out there called WebMon that you can set up that will monitor web sites and tell you of any changes...it does what you describe automatically and notifies you over email of any changes...it was really hot durring Playstation 3 days to see if people had inventory...post if you want more info or shoot me a PM and I can help yaz-parrothead wrote:There has been a change to the tour date page on http://margaritaville.com/tour_dates.php

yea, I could create the program. I thought about just making a fin icon. When solid black there are no updates, when highlighted with bright green there are new updates...or something to that affect...was going to offer something like that when I do the parrotheadphans.com website...but just so busy, not sure when I will have time to do any of it. But thanks for the tip on that program. I may learn something from it.
