WAKA Kickball Leagues

Post by job41475 »

Has anyone heard of this or played in it? It's a social adult kickball league. I have an ex in Florida I still talk to that plays in it and she says it's alot of fun. i decided to join a league that plays in Central Park and then goes immediately to a bar afterwards so it can't be too bad but was curious is anyone knows anything about it. Here's the link.....

I've heard of these and I know they were trying to get a league started here. Looks like a ton of fun! I'd totally do that.

I was in a league last fall that played at the foof of the Washington Monument on the mall in DC. It is really fun. But at the same time, it's kickball so not too intense. We didn't do much of the bar hopping afterwards as we had a 6 month old in tow, but there was always a party following the games at one bar or another. I was going to do it again, but can't for school reasons. Have fun.
