Key West - Honeymoon
Well I just got married Saturday and I'm sitting in Key West on my honeymoon.
I was looking for some Buffett-esque things to do. I know they are everywhere down here, but I was searching the forums for the address of his house that he sold awhile ago. I remember the listing was posted here, but I'm unable to find the posting.
How about the Shrimpboat Sounds recording studio?
Any other ideas are welcome. Of course we'll be at Capt. Tony's having a beer or 12.
Thanks in advance!

Definitely Trails of Margaritaville. If it's Frank or Tim, tell 'em Jack from Connecticut says hi, and check out Frank at Schooner doing magic every night at nine. I worked with a bunch of magicians in NY for years, and Frank is one of the best. If you go, ask for Sam the Bellhop

Congratulations and Welcome Aboard!
All of the things suggested above plus:
Salute' is a great Italian restaurant on the south side of the island, don't miss it.
Construction is already underway on a new terminal, so stop in the airport and have a drink or three at the Conch Flyer bar before it's gone. Luckily those walls can't talk (the statute of limitations hasn't run out on some things).

Trails of margaritaville wagreat Frank dos an excellent job on the tour explaining places--take the time to let him introduce you to the localsone of the best times i ever had--PS-on a rainy day wife and I took a timeshare tour-extra $120 to spend at marg cafe came in handy
I want to go back to the island,
Where the shrimp boats tie up to the pilin'.
Give me oysters and beer for dinner ev'ry day of the year

Congratulations on your marriage!
One of the things you would definitely want to do is a sunset cruise aboard the Western Union. Beer and wine, along with conch chowder from Schooner Wharf, and some six-string music is included in the price. It is a nice, relaxing way to get out on the water.
Other things to do:
-See Michael McCloud at Schooner Wharf
-See Capt. Dan Mobley at Hog's Breath - he is supposed to be back early May (if you are still there - you are very lucky)
-Check out a Pete and Wayne show (musical comedy) at Sloppy Joe's
-Jared playing at Irish Kevin's is always a good show
-have a beer on Sunset Pier
-rent scooters and explore the island - stop by Louie's for a beer or two.
My list can go on and on...it is such a great place to be!!
Have fun!

Thanks for the suggestions
Thanks for all the suggestions and congratulations! We're booked for the Trails from Margaritaville tour tomorrow at 4pm. Some beers before the tour at Capt. Tony's are in store.
We've done a ton of wandering. Had some beers at the Warf and capped the evening at Conch Republic waiting for the hotel shuttle.
Sunset sail tonight and some more exploring.
Thanks again!
