SO I am making Spaghetti sauce..
(some wonderful BNer gave me some red wine)
and I started in this morning, Italian sausage,ground beef.
****Katwich do not read the next sentence******
bell peppers
and.. I cut up and added two red onions and two yellow onions..
I mixed my onions
so do I await the knock from the dreaded food police???

I just went outside.. the neighbors have a yard sale..

I am well know for my sauce and my secret is red wine and maple syrup and a squirt of ketchup in the sauce. Lost of onion and garlic also.

sigh...I only wish we could put onions in our Spaghetti sauce.
Kokomo is allergic to onions, otherwise his sauce is to die for.
