I just checked their website (Las Vegas Parrot Head Club) and don't see any info. I also checked their calendar and don't see October filled to the gills, or even the show listed.

Dean, weren't you who told us LMS would be at Hooters this year? Know anything tickets? I could check last years threads to get an idea of when they went on sale, but I thought I'd just ask you first.

No word yet on when tickets for LMS will go on sale or how much they will be yet. I know they are still working on entertainment and the logistics are taking a little longer than normal to work out as its a new venue this year. As soon as I know something though, you can be sure I'll post it!

My two cents:
The way Hooters is laid out LMS should simply reserve the pool area and split the cost with entertainment with the casino. THe stage is set up between the pool area and the restaurant inside. Ticket prices would reflect a premium towards entering the pool space and seeing the entertainments faces. If you can swing it that way you could look for a band with a slightly higher cost provided they are worth it. Only thing is reserving the pool area includes that tiki bar and Hooters would likely want LVPHC to front a cost to staff that bar though the money would get made regardless at that bar. Ahhhh what I wouldn't do to be a part of planning that party. Everything is exponentially based on how many people you could get in. Being that it is a charitable fund raiser you should lean heavily on Hooters and the Parrothead "Party with a purpose" Mantra - Hooters can look at this as community outreach too. They could advertise the hell out of that party especially being across the street from the host venue (MGM). I bet a few people would cross the street to start partying early.

I love party planning. I really should look in how to get into it professionally.
The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.
