I have been so busy with work and school and footoball games and preparing for vegas.

Anyone flying out on thursday night? WE ARE COMING A DAY EARLY! Staying at the orleans on thursday night. They were running a special for 35 dollars a night sunday- thursday.

Also... is anyone flying northwest thursday night with their connection in memphis???

Getting excited people!

Flying in on Friday unfortunately (wish I'd thought of Thursday :( )

Anyway I was planning on going to Nadirah's show on Friday night at Margaritaville but as it doesn't start until 10:30, that leaves plenty of time for dinner/show, meeting.... Does anyone have any plans set for that night? (I could use some suggestions, hookups, etc.)

We are not landing until 9:30, but are hoping to at least catch the tail end of the Nadirah show. Then of course drinks afterwards.

I am in Hawaii right now and won't be able to listen to tonight's show. I know it is a long shot, but if someone listens to the show and Jimmy happens to mention that he will be a Duke's in Waikiki on Sunday can someone post it on the board or send me a PM.

Better get going. Need to get ready for dinner at Dukes. See you all at the show next Saturday.

Thanks.

Got an interesting place for some of us to meet on Friday night.... called Dicks Last Resort. Its in the Excalibur (where I'm staying) so I think this is a winning proposition (at least until Nadirahs show)).

Heres the URL: http://www.dickslv.com

Let me know if any of you would be interested in meeting up here :)

why not rent a car? hotwire has been showing compacts in vegas as low as $9.95 a day.
If you go to the airport shuttle side you can get a limo with no waiting. They start out around $40 for sedans. Bell Trans has the lowest prices.
Good Luck.

We caught a CLS shuttle for $5.....of course it was early in the morning, but they took us straight to the hotel....they're right outside door 13 by the baggage claim....
Have a great time, you guys......it was a WONDERFUL weekend for us, that's for sure!!

Dick's Last Resort is a pretty fun place. Trader Vic's should be open by then too. I was there on the 10th and they said it was scheduled to open on the 15th so hopefully it is on schedule.

Ahh, Dick's Last Resort! That's a fun lil place. I don't think they will be opening one in my blessed homeland of Utah anytime soon though. So did MGM do a pre party this year?

Where and when is this Nadirah show I'm reading about? I just got home from New York City. Still reeling from the crowds and noise. Adam and I head to Vegas Wednesday night.
