Hilton HHonors goes to Margaritaville

Post by prrthd1987 »

http://hhonors1.hilton.com/en_US/hh/rew ... #margarita

Just found this today... if you are a Hilton HHonors member, you can use your points to either buy a Margaritaville Frozen Concotion Maker for 105,000 points or a Margaritaville Party Cooler for 135,000 points. Too bad I just used all of my points on a free weekend

What does that come out to? My math is rusty, but about .3 cents a point?
"Key West trades in on the name 'Hemingway." You can't take a leak without seeing Hemingway this and Hemingway that. And the irony is, if Hemingway were alive today he'd take a blowtorch to Duvall Street." Hiaasen

Yupp... it would cost you 1000 dollars to flat out buy the points (at one cent a point) to get the blender. Or you'll just have to stay at a lot of Hilton Family Hotels

Decisions, decisions, decisions..

Accommodations at the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa match Maui’s splendor. The resort is a world-class Waldorf=Astoria Collection hotel that opens onto spectacular Wailea Beach. And Spa Grande is consistently named among the Top 10 United States spas by Condé Nast Traveler and Travel & Leisure.

Between July 7 - 28 and August 18 through December 20, 2007, Hilton HHonors VIP members can redeem 200,000 HHonors points for a four-night stay or 250,000 HHonors points for a five-night stay.

Find yourself skimming a tropical reef in sapphire blue waters, golfing championship courses with ocean views, discovering ancient Hawaii at a luau.

It’s all on Maui!

OR

Margaritaville Frozen Concotion Maker for 105,000 points or a Margaritaville Party Cooler for 135,000 points.

Someday 1987 you can spend more nights in a hotel than you do at home, wake up and forget where you are, you won't be able to remember what airport has the AWESOME French cafe restaurant, (It's Denver. I looked all over Las Vegas and couldn't find it :P .... DENVER!) and you'll start to ask yourself, "Why am I doing this ?"

Cooler = 135K Points

6 Nights free at the Hilton Hawaiian Village = 175K Points

6 Nights free at the Hilton Hawaiian Village then talking the wife into stopping in Vegas on the way home to see Jimmy = PRICELESS

I have been able to pull off that last one for the past two years.

Now the just need to announce the Hawaii Concert Dates so I can plan this years trip. I am hoping to pull off the Hawaii and the Vegas show this year.

Yes, I also live at the Hilton.

well if you don't have the points - you can go to linens and things (lnt.com). They have it for $299.00 w/free shipping ($24.95 savings). Use the coupon code DAD07 and get an additional 20% off ($60.00). If you don't have a google check out account - you **may** get an additional $10 if you check out with Google and use code 1626000009.
