We had that "fun" in 2005 - this year we need sun and warmth (but still want only COLD BEERS!!) ;)
We were soaked before the show in 2005, shivering (but not as bad as the backup vocalists!) on the May long weekend of 1996, Jimmy has had a bit of a rough streak taking the weather with him to Toronto!
I remember that show!!

We had lawn seats for that one - darn near froze that day!! But it was still a great show by Jimmy and the band!

Learned my "lesson" when going to a concert in Toronto before July and after August - Pavilion seats under cover only!! This year we are in Sec 102 so should be great!!
I'm taking my chances on the lawn. Wool sweater & socks and a poncho if necessary. Lots of inner warmth....

Yes! That's 21.2 in US pages.
A most mysterious calling harbour
So far, but yet, so near
Where I see the day
When my hair's full gray
and I finally...disappear. BUT NOT YET!!

I did sit on the lawns in both '95 and '96 at the Molson Amphitheatre but had pavilions in 2005 and I just love the seats now!! Guess I like my "comfort" now. :)

Gee, it's fun having my own personal thread!!

Is anyone looking for a roommate to share at the Day's INN (or elsewhere)? [smilie=battingeyes.gif] I'm thinking of staying in the big city for a few days--overnight (Wed.)at least.

HI, I just called the Days Inn and I thought I'd let everyone know that the Parrothead rate is 149 for 4 people not 119. I think that is only for one bed. Might try to book something else now, not sure might still end up there.

Good question.
I do.

Just get people to remember to pack them and wear them. It sure helps when you're looking for your Real Fake Friends. :P

I do as well, but since we know each other I don't think it will be a problem meeting up. Besides, I'm not sure anyone other than a couple of us are going.
This is one dead thread!
