Fincinnati Pre-Concert Questions

Hi All!
I've searched the forums for this, but couldn't really find what I'm looking for, so I just thought I'd go ahead and ask!
I have a bunch of people interested in going to the Cincy concert this year strictly for the tailgate, but will not be going into the show. I typically park in the "Coney Island lots" (for lack of a better term) across the street. My question is will there be a problem with having a bunch of party goers continuing to tailgate during the concert, or is there some kind of weird "no tailgates during the show" rule, like some sporting events have?
I would be really, really surprised if there were such a rule, but I'd rather be the stupid person asking now, than the REALLY stupid person on 07/26 when everyone is told they can't party...haha.
Also, I'm assuming the lots still open at 10AM?
