here's our reason...I got ya.....

Only Time Will Tell is the best start to any of Jimmy's albums. It gets you up and moving and can do that, to me at least, on almost any day.

Maybe I should invent the "Only Time Will Tell Alarm Clock"???? though some days I don't want to get moving that fast.

False Echoes. One of the most moving songs I've ever heard.

Was never sure how I felt about this album. Like most of the songs, but can't say I have a favorite though. Picking Time Will Tell just because. School Boy Heart a close second.

Bob Roberts for me. i love the horns and this song just makes my hips move....too hard to go against it. love the Sax solo, and the image of the woman dressed in purple dancing alone. love it

SBH followed very closely by Jamaica Mistaica.

This is easily one of my top three albums from Jimmy.

I hope my choice is painfully obvious... :P

However, Only Time Will Tell, Jamaica Mistaica, and False Echoes are among my favorites, too.

Love SBH, but it could have easily been False Echoes or Happily Ever After ... but I have to confess, Jamaica Mistaka is my bathroom break song. It's clever as hell, but never really cared for it!

Happily Ever After for sure!

The day after my first Buffett show in West Palm back in 99 my best friend and I drove to Key West and spent a few hours there.
The memories of just a few hours there are awesome, at a time when I was amazed by all things Buffett. I remember us feeling like big kids as we drank a few beers in Captain Tony's.

I was supposed to come right back home after the show (my wife was around 7 months preggo) but instead we woke up and my buddies Jeep would just not turn north
I called my wife from a payhone on Duval Street at 8pm and told her we were running way behind and were just now leaving West Palm to head home

This song was playing as we left Cayo Hueso and it ALWAYS reminds me of that great time :D :D :D

I have to place my vote for "Treetop Flyer." Love that song. I live for the day that I can hear it live; second encore, just JB and his guitar. Anyone know if he has ever played that tune at a show??
