I like Merry Christmas Alabama because it just shows the sentimental side of Jimmy although Happy Xmas is probably the best cover of that song that I've heard done.

Love me "A Sailor's Christmas".

"A sailor spends his Christmas in a harbor 'neath the stars." 8)

No votes for "I'll Be Home".

That surprises me.

We have this CD in every Christmas Day when we're exchanging gifts. A Sailors Christmas is my favorite, followed my Mele Kalikimaka and Ho Ho Ho

I love Christmas, but am not to fond of Christmas songs. I used to work retaila nd they make you listen to it starting in October so by December you are so ready for Christmas the songs make you want to crawl out of your skin

Ho Ho Ho and a bottle of rum- pretty much cured it for me and where else would Santa go but the Carribean anyway!

This is the only Christmas Cd I listen to! I love it

Mele Kalikimaka, because I just can't get that image of Cousin Eddie bouncing on the diving board out of my head.

While holding a can of Meister Brau. :D :D :D

All the stores around here have their Christmas crap out already, so I guess it's okay to start listening to this C.D. now.

I have to agree. That is my fave Christmas song by Buffett. Inspired me being ravenous over any type of tropical Christmas decoration I can find. Thank goodness we have a big house, otherwise the 7 trees wouldn't fit! (Only three of them are covered with tropical stuff; one tree is a palm tree, of course!)

I do wish that song was on Christmas Island only because I hate having to pull out the box set to listen to it. Before the box set came out I had to play a cassette (Tenesee Christmas, maybe) that I happened upon and found Christmas in the Caribbean on it so I HAD to buy it...)

Anyhoo, enough on this topic. It was 73 and sunny today in Michigan and I'm not at all ready to think about cold weather. According to the weather guy, 50's is the best he can do for tomorrow. I think I'm hitting Travelocity.com after this to see about a winter vacation.... :)

Chirstmas Island for me. We play the CD every year when we decorate the tree and it brings back tons of memories. My three kids (and wife)know all the songs by heart :D

MELE is my pick.

Lived in Hawaii (Oahu) for five years.

Makes sense for me to go with this one.

I broke this CD out along with the rest of my Christmas music last weekend. It had been a couple of years since I listened to it (my wife really does not like it). While not a great CD, it's just a nice CD of Christmas music.

I voted for Mele Kalikimaka, it's only fitting for a guy who's job is to keep summer going a little bit longer.

Runner-up would be "I'll Be Home For Christmas"....

I think "Happy X-Mas (War Is Over). Is a good tune, but the orginal is still the best.
