Everyone who bought tickets to the Elks Lodge Party should have an email from the Pauhana Parrothead Club. I've taken the liberty of summarizing the email and posting it here. I also forwarded the email to everyone on the contact list.

Beer and Mai Tai's are only $2, with a full bar available if you want to buy other drinks.

Everything at the Elks is Cash only - no credit cards. There is an ATM available in the Lobby, but your best bet is to plan ahead and bring cash.

They are offering a Taco Bar with Beef, Chicken and all the fixings. The cost is $12.50 per person for one trip to the buffet (may sound expensive but really isn't bad if you think about it). Chips and Salsa will be available throughout the day. The $12.50 is not mandatory, so participation will be policed with a wristband system.

Parking will NOT be available at the Elks club, and vehicles parked there will be towed at the owners' expense. This is part of the deal they worked out with Elks Club to keep the cost so low. There is metered parking across the street and around Kapiolani Park, at 0.25/hr and free after 6:00pm. Parking at the Shell is also free and should be available until early afternoon. Cowboyjunkie's plan to park at the mall and take a cab over may also be a good option.
