Eric Stone in Pleasanton CA, August 5

Hiya,

Trop Rock artist Eric Stone (http://www.boatsongs.com) will be doing a house concert in Pleasanton CA on Sunday, August 5. Doors open at 2; music begins at 3. Suggested donation $10-15; light refreshments will be served.

Opening for Eric will be BN's own TropicalTroubador, Loren Davidson. (http://www.lorendavidson.com)

House concerts are a great way to get to spend time with an artist up close and personal. And we don't get many opportunities out here to see Eric.

Awww man, why do these events always happen when I'm not around?

No way I can make this one, my bro is bringing my niece and nephew out from ATL for their very first trip to Cali on the 3rd. Havent' seen them since Christmas and there is no way I can hear "Auntie Kathy, do we have to wait til December to see you again?" one more time.

I'm sure it will be loads of fun...I will miss having the chance to hear you play, Loren.

Hopefully something will come up again soon.

Don't worry; I've always got somethin' going on musically. You can always find my schedule under the "Shows" link on my Website, and the Website link is in my .sig here. But it should be a fun show - I'm inviting both regional Parrothead clubs, my usual fan base, and whatever other Parrotheads I can shake loose from various places.

I'm just thrilled to get a chance to do a full-on show with someone as well-established as Eric, and to get some folks partying together who *should* be partying together.

While they are parrotheads (at 5 and 4...and since before they could walk), we will be in SoCal doing all those fun little kid things.
