There is (or was the last time I checked a few years ago) a bus that will get you to the Foxboro/Mansfield line. You would either need to get a cab from there or get someone to pick you up.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

take the train from South Station to either Norwood Depot or Norwood Central (bout 8 bucks round trip) . . . doesn't matter. It is about a 25 minute train ride . . . Norwood has numerous cab companies and town car services. It is only a 10 - 12 minute driive (barring traffic) so it should be cheap. This is probably the easiest way to do it . . . without a car or spending hundreds of dollars.
the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .

Of course, renting a car for the day would be cheaper and easier than two train tickets and cab fare . . . not to mention you would have to leave the show early to get on the train back into the city . . . Enterprise 19.99 per day special is the way to go . . .

ummm.. i've decided i just don't feel like going anymore.. i'm selling our tickets...
HAHAHAHAHA
You wouldn't be alone...this is certainly the year to invite all those friends on the bubble...tickets are for sale EVERYWHERE and for face. I wouldn't be surprised if TM was still trying to unload some. That's how I got my group of 25 tickets together in Sec 128!!!
I've gotten this crazy hair up my you-know-what to try and make it to Foxboro next week....tho, most (decent, cheap) flights are booked and I sure as hell ain't driving....
Life is fundamentally absurd -- and I intend to prove it.
