That's why I had kids.......honey, fetch Mommy another bottle of wine.....
Nice. :) But can they open it?

I think I'll have to wait a few years until my kids can do that.
heck yes, she's very adept with the screw off lid or the box o'wine!
She can pour a beer properly.......and knows that Mommy likes two shot glasses of rum in her drinks.....she's almost fifteen, but if you start them young enough they pick up the skills pretty quickly....
My keet, she's 10, makes 1 heck of a Mojito.. :D :D

I'm gonna teach him how to fuss,
Teach him how to cuss,
And pull the cork out of a bottle of wine.

In the words of Thornton Melon (Rodney Dangerfield, Back to School): "Bring us a pitcher of beer every seven minutes until somebody passes out. And then bring one every ten minutes."

That shakes the PH myth....

I put 0-2 a week. Except for a week in Key West, then it's about 2-6 a day. Margaritas are my downfall! If I get started, I just don't stop, so I'm staying away from them! (since last year's Sunny Jim Topless Phlocking)
just go for the straight tequila, eh? :D

or just using the pitcher as a mug. those new "cool pitchers" with the cylinder in the bottom work pretty well..

and it is "a beer" :)

Between the "points" thing that I use to keep my weight under control and the fact that I need to feel clear headed at work (and I don't after even two glasses of wine) I don't drink most nights. Social gatherings are a different story but still on average the 2-6 sums it up. I know this sounds boring but even at tailgates I switch off to water after a while. I can't stand being hungover. :(

There's no rule that says you have to drink at all at a JB show.... and not drinking doesn't make anyone boring.... being boring makes a person boring.... :P

I'm almost always driving, so I have a couple of beers/margs early and switch to soda or water. I've even done a couple of totally alcohol free Buffett shows, and I had a blast at both.

Those relatively few people who insist you need alcohol to have fun really bug me.....

IMHO, as Mr. Buffett & Co. once wrote, "Moderation seems to be the key." :D

I don't mean to imply that it never happens, it's just that the next day is SO painful for me that it's really not worth it anymore. In social situations I usually drink just enough to make me LOVE everyone! [smilie=battingeyes.gif] [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

I'm pretty much a social drinker. Love those Margaritas, esp. Mango Margaritas!! Then again Carolinagirl makes the best jello shots!! I always try to pace myself concert day. Don't ever want to miss Jimmy!

I usually have 2 beers after work. Three or four on Friday nights and Sat. afternoons sitting around the pool.

A couple of Rums and something 3-4 days a week. Rarely do I have enough to even get a buzz. Learned over the years that the hangover isn't worth it. Besides, I thought Parrotheads were pot heads, not drunks.

I usually have a beer after work, but one is all I can handle in the Lazy-Boy recliner! Now if I'm hanging by the pool with some friends, I'll only remember having six. [smilie=asa.gif]
