I bought some e-tickets from someone here in the ticket exchange. I paid him through Paypal, and he forwarded me the e-mail that he got from Ticketmaster.
But, the e-mail he forwarded me is different than it was when I have ordered e-tickets in the past. His e-mail has a link in it where you click to print the tickets. When I click that link, it takes me to a page where it asks me to log in. And, of course, I don't have his username and password.
The guy has offered to Fedex me the printout of the tickets, but before I ask him to do that, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something. When I have ordered e-tickets before, I've always gotten an e-mail with a PDF file attached to the e-mail that contains the tickets. His message doesn't have an attachment but just a link to click to print the tickets (which doesn't work for me since they're stored on his account).
For those who have ordered recently, have they quit attaching a PDF File with the tickets to the e-mail? Is it no longer possible to send e-tickets to someone via e-mail?

It is different now, but it's still possible to get a PDF file. You now get an email with a link, and you have to log into your Ticketmaster account to print the ticket. However, once you have the ticket on your screen, you can also do a "save as" and save the PDF file to your hard drive, then send it to someone by attaching it to an email.

I ordered 2 sets of tix yesterday. One set for me.... one set for Bits... I recieved 2 emails. One email... (Bits') had a link to click on and the tickets appeared. They were in a PDF file....but not attached to the email. I sent the link to Bits... but also printed the tix just in case. He is away... so we should know tomorrow if he can print them or if I need to send the tix to him.
On the other hand.......The other email (my tickets) ....when I clink on the link... it asks for a TM password and account number... which I provided... then it tells me its a dead link.
So..... I will be calling customer service to get my tix.... which hopefully havent been re-released.
