I bet they let people in by noon at the latest.
I agree. I have seen a post floating about saying that parking lot employees are required to show up at 8 am. What would they be doing for 7 1/2 hours if they didn't open up until 3:30???
if they're not there early they won't be able to get there are all.... gridlock...
I'm hoping for the best and expecting the worst. I'm not going to lose any more sleep worrying about it since no one will know what's going to happen until we see it.

Massachusetts seems to have a problem letting people keep their own money for some reason.

Two possibilities: either they are going to be the mega parking lot nazis that they threaten to be... OR they are trying to scare away a lot of people from showing up early but plan to open the lots before 3:30 if necessary.

I think the town has them over a barrel..... I would imagine Gillette/the Patriots don't want to screw up the long term arrangements they have for NFL football over a couple of concerts.....

They are going to be Nazi's

And it's not the Krafts

It's not Jimmy

It's not really even Foxboro

It's the Mass State Police

We'll know more tomorrow. I worked at the stadium for years and still have friends there. When they show up for work tonight, they'll be told what time to show up for work on Sunday.

It's usually 3-4 hrs before gates open. However as all you Pats season ticket holders know, if traffic starts to back up and there are workers there, they'll open.

Week 2er...

Post by Big-Al »

Hopefully for us going the second week, we will hear whats going on from the folks going the first week. I am staying at the Comfort Inn about 4 miles away. We have 8 rooms there and will be tailgating there until we know we will be able to go up to foxboro. It just won't be the same without the Sausage Egg and Cheese with a beer at 10:00... :(

I had a beer with an omelette and toast at 7:30 one morning.

Best day of my life. :D
