What's up with the nosebleeds only available?

I'm waiting to get my tickets for the show at Alpine, this would be my first! I read all of you guys saying how as soon as the window opens up for the tickets to go on sale, the only things that are open are the nosebleed sections. Is there a way to get some good seats besides going through a broker? Cause where do all the floor seats go if they are sold already? Radio stations? Thanks
