A lot of clowns can't put the damn thing down, they stay online for HOURS UPON HOURS
and are running up monstrous long-distance connection bills.

The worst thing about it is the only carrier you can use is AT&T/Cingular. Which means if you really want that new expensive piece of equipment that will eventually drop and break into a million little pieces, you have to change carriers to one that has some of the worst service ever.

which still does not let you get service on a CDMA network. and if you go with a GSM, you can pick up some hefty roaming charges if you go out of the US.
