How to participate on a BN vine - PLEASE READ

Hi all! Here are some guidelines for partipating on a BN vine. 
1. If you get a good recording of a Buffett concert off of RM and are feeling generous, please break it into tracks, make a MASTER set of cd's, and start a vine for the show, with the date and venue in the subject line. (We really appreciate your efforts!)
2. If you would like a recording, sign up on the vine. Add your screen name and how to contact you at the bottom of the list.
3. Please use the "quote" button on the top right corner of the last posted list to add yourself at the bottom. If you make a separate post in the thread, you might get skipped and / or lost in the shuffle, unless someone comes along and adds you on the list. There is much less housekeeping if you simply add yourself.
4. You could mark the "notify me of replies to this topic" button to receive emails of activity on the vine.
5. The person in front of you on the list should contact you for your mailing address when they know the MASTERS are on the way to them, so they can quickly make their copy and pass the MASTER on down the vine.
6. When you know the MASTERS are en route to you, please contact the person after you for their address. Do not wait until you receive the MASTERS, because that could cause delay if the next person is away from BN for a period of days.
7. When you receive the MASTERS, please try to burn your copies within a couple days at the most, and mail the MASTERS on to the next person. Think of the masters as "HOT POTATO!" (analogy by bbqmonster!)
8. The key to the vines, in my opinion, is communication and responsiveness. If you receive the MASTERS, update the vine. If you mail the MASTERS, update the vine. Every time you make an update, please "quote" the latest post of the vine so all of the updates are in one place, and it's easy for anyone to see the status. If you receive a PM or email from someone, reply PROMPTLY. And when you receive the MASTERS, turn them around PROMPTLY. And keep the vine updated along the way!!
9. Please be courteous. Showing appreciation and gratitude is always good karma!
10. Also, if you end up receiving a copy of the show elsewhere and no longer need a copy of the show, please update the vine of that as well, again by hitting "quote" on the last posted vine update, and asking to skip you beside your name.
11. If you have any questions, just ask!
