If you're looking for a Wii, you might want to start ASAP, as they are supposed to be in short supply again for the holidays.... Although not as bad as last year, but still demand will be high. (I got one last year, had to wait in line for like 4 hours, not too bad considering... it was my 'present', but the keets play it
)
We're not really sure about our keets... Trampoline and new bikes are on the "possible" list. Legos are always a probablity.

It is fun...the sports games are sooo fun! Our keets also have DS's and they have a lot of fun with them too....

After watching a program about trampoline injuries...I'd worry about the ER trips too. One thing everyone they talked to said...don't let more than one kid on at at time...that seems to be when the most (and worst) injuries occur.lovin_jimmy wrote:i wouldnt be too broken hearted if we couldnt find a wii, i think my hubby might be though! i would rather get them the tramploine. as long as we dont end up in the ER!SharkOnLand wrote:If you're looking for a Wii, you might want to start ASAP, as they are supposed to be in short supply again for the holidays.... My brother got a Wii....for the kids. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. So all we're supposed to get them for Christmas is Wii games. Leave it to my bro to s*** the fun out of everything.
My nephew loves his computer...he's quite savvy with it. He even sends me emails...and he's 6.

No No No
please refrain from speaking about Christmas til Thanksgiving. As much as I love Christmas I'm sickened by the site of Christmas decorations, gifts, yada yada yada....etc being placed out in the stores already
On top of that, it gets earlier and earlier each year, it won't be long when the 4th of July will start the Christmas shopping frenzy

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do So throw off the bowlines Sail away from the safe harbor Catch the trade winds in your sails Explore Dream Discover

I've been suggesting to the keets instead of getting a bunch of toys they will be tired of playing with in about a week or so we save a good portion of the Christmas money and go to Costa Rica next summer.
My oldest is already on board
, now to convince my youngest.

I have no idea. My keets are 25, 23 and 16. I ask for a list at the end of October then shop for the next 2-3 weeks and wrap it up by Thanksgiving. Nieces and nephews get gift cards.
NOW STOP TALKING ABOUT CHRISTMAS!!!! You're freaking me out!!![graytard [smilie=graytard.gif]](./images/smilies/graytard.gif)

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

I've been trying to convince my three of that for years. They can't agree on a place and can't figure out a good time for them all to be able to take off. So it'll be some games for their system, some clothes,,etc.BilltheLizard wrote:I've been suggesting to the keets instead of getting a bunch of toys they will be tired of playing with in about a week or so we save a good portion of the Christmas money and go to Costa Rica next summer.
