Could someone please explain to me exactly what the "Ticket Lottery" is all about. We have four people going to wait for Buffett tickets on Saturday and we don't know if we should split up in line or stay together. Thanks.

Cheri - the way they have done in in my neck of the woods (Publix Grocery Store, north of Atlanta) is that they come out with a sack of numbers and they just go down the line and whatever number you get, that's the order of the line for tickets. My hubby and I always stand next to each other. He picked #2 one time and I picked #111. And he wonders why I love him......

Cheri split up!!! If you want a better chance. Usually the store you're at will go down the line and hand out tickets in numerical order and then have a drawing. Whatever number is picked fist say two is fist one would be last. I hope this helps you out. What show are you going to try to get tickets for? Fins Up!!!!!

They hand out random numbers as long as there is more than 5 people in line (My guess there will be more than five people in line for Buffett) the numbers usually are handed out in numeric order BUT some Ticketmaster outlet will recycle tickets and reuse them. TIP: look for other on sales taking place a few days before Buffett, they use the same roll of tickets for every show, go to the location, and get at the end of the line get a ticket, when the person goes inside leave, chances ae you will be able to use that number for Buffett a few days later. So when you go back for the Buffett onsale , get a number in the middle of the line, that should give you two numbers apart for each other. It doesn't always work but it has for in a few times.
