FINS UP PUMPKIN CARVING

Hey, Making the famous Pumpkin Carving party tonight and having just returned from Vegas I have a plump one picked out for puting a Huge Fin on.... Figured someone must have done this before... Patterns? recommendations? pictures? anyway, FINS UP!!!!!!!!!!

I did a fin on a pumpkin one year. If I could figure out how to put a picture in a post, I would...but, I've tried before and couldn't get it to work.

Anyway, I just did it with a big fin in the middle and then with waves on the bottom.

That is just TOO cool!

I thought one of yall or a buffett site would have one of those you could print on the printer and carve out cool... probably better not to have such guidances anyway, me..... some margaritas and a knife are not much of a fit to intricate cutting.... plane old fin will have to do...

In case you are looking for other ideas, I had fun this year putting a tiki dude into one of those really tall pumpkins. Not as complex as the masterpiece by Pencil Thin (using a pencil thin knife no doubt)
