A lady I knew once worked for a company called "Chicago Screw". She was a receptionist, and used to prank calls.
But she got in trouble when she hung up on an actual client.
When you work for Chicago Screw, and get a call from someone identifying himself as "Dick Cox from Peters & Company", you hang up!!!
Too bad it wasn't a crank call....
