Steve Winwood & Eric Clapton Live at MSG

Post by MonumentBeach »

Wow this is my dream concert. They just announced 3 special shows together at Madison Square Garden in February. This will be tough to get to for me...I'll have to try and get a day out of work to get down there.

Now that he's done his reunion with Cream, he's looking to do the same with Blind Faith. Really cool news.

Here is a link to the press release...

I saw them at the Crossroads Festival here in Chicago this summer. It was awesome and worth seeing. They played like they never missed a beat.
The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.

I'll see what's available next week for the regular on sale, I've never seen Steve Winwood in concert. I saw the Cream reunion at the Garden and that was a great show, it would be nice to see Clapton again.

Winwood is dynamite in concert. I'd rank his shows in the top 10 of the hundreds I've seen over the years.

I scored 3 tickets this morning for the Thursday night show. There is no password for the presale, you just need to have an American Express card.
