I've seen that type of candle in many gift stores.

Always shook my head thinking that eventually someone would fall asleep with one burning only to find their house on fire.

we always start ours like that with gasoline to make sure they burn efficiently

I have seen these as well, and thought, those are pretty neat. Glad I didn't buy any
