Who's Going to see Jake Shimabukuro in NYC Feb.18, 2008?

I am definately going to see Jake on Feb. 18th in NYC and was wondering if any fellow BN'ers will be attending. Continental Drifter III and I saw Jake at the Las Vegas Margaritaville on 10.19 and he was amazing!! I am so happy that he will be perfoming in NY, hope to see some BN'ers there.

Jake Shimabukuro will be playing on Monday February 18th, 8pm at the
Highline Ballroom, NYC. Tickets are $25. lilsalty, Continental Drifter III and I should attend, we saw him at the Las Vegas Margaritaville and he was amazing!!!

When is everyone planning on arriving? Says doors at 6 and show at 8. I'm not worried about getting there early, I dont think it is that big of a place, probably all good seats. We should be there between 7-730 I think...

We're taking the LIRR in around 5 or 5:30, subbing it down to probably Pastis for a drink, and then to the Highline. We'll probably get there around 7:45 or so.

Guys, saw him in DC yesterday and he put on a great show! I'll put the setlist in quotes and white in case it's similar- wouldn't want to spoil it

Just a note: he played in the Air Force Band Hall and was backed by the band.

I deliberately took the first one without the flash to show the blur from Jake's hand moving so fast. The flash in the second one didn't make much of a difference.
