Brian Setzer Orchestra Christmas Show

Post by Liar's Saloon MTK »

We're heading to the Brian Setzer Orchestra Christmas show tonight, we are very excited!! We've never seen him before live but I hear that it is a very lively Christmas Concert. Have any other BN'ers been to his concert?

we just went last night in boston at the orphium theatre. i almost got tickets for next weekend at foxwoods but thought that venue was a lot bigger. had front front row mezzane. it was EXCELLENT! the nutcracker was really good. he did some tunes from his straight cats days which was a bonus for us since that's the era of when we met!
have a great time. the only thing i missed was dancing to this fun music.

I attended last nights show and it was fantastic! The orchestra was great, I loved when they would do their solos. Brian did many of his Christmas songs and the grinch was even there playing the gutiar. The Detonators opened up for him and they were excellent. I picked up a CD and they stayed after the show and signed copies for everyone. Would definitly go when he is back in my area.

Awesome show!! I loved the Nutcracker, Dig that Crazy Santa Claus, and all the other lively Christmas tunes...the old stuff they did was great too! I'd definitely see the show again. The Detonators were great too. Now I have a desire to learn how to play the upright bass.... :D

Brian Setzer and his Orchestra was amazing last night!! It was such a small venue to see him perform at, it was one of the best shows I have ever been too. He is just a wonderful performer, and I cannot wait to see him again. I too wish there was a place for us to dance, his music just wants you to get up and have fun . We had a great night with lilsalty and Continental Drifter III. I highly recommend seeing him if he's headed your way, here's his website for upcoming shows.

We've seen the Setzer Orchestra before and will be going again in 2 weeks. It's very addictive. A very upbeat cool musical & visual experience for the holiday season!!! 8)
