A friend sent me this link. Pretty neat site!

The Ultimate Jukebox . . .

This is neat! The Ultimate Jukebox When you click on the site below, it will take you to a jukebox with different years listed. Click on the year you want to hear. When the music starts, you can move the courser in the playback down and see all the songs associated with that year. If you love music.........this site is for you. Pick the year and enjoy all the hits.

You can let it play through the entire list of that year or

Highlighting a particular song will play it instantaneously. SOME people may be too young for it, though, I just hope that you are not one of those,

JUST ENJOY

You guys are most welcome! :D
I thought it was pretty cool! Of course, there are not too many songs I really know from 1959, but there were a couple that I really liked that I had no idea came out back then! The ones I really enjoyed were the ones from my high school years.
:D :D :D :D :D :D

This is very cool, Thanks!

I have '59 cranking now . . . Stagger Lee, Charlie Brown, I love this stuff! I was born in '67, but my parents were big early rock/doo-wop fans. Good music here.

I always supected that the year I graduated High School was a rather lame year for music.

1972

1. The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face, Roberta Flack

2. Alone Again (Naturally), Gilbert O'Sullivan

3. American Pie, Don McLean This one is ok

4. Without You, Nilsson

5. Candy Man, Sammy Davis Jr.

6. I Gotcha, Joe Tex

7. Lean On Me, Bill Withers This one I liked

8. Baby Don't Get Hooked On Me, Mac Davis

9. Brand New Key, Melanie

10. Daddy Dont You Walk So Fast, Wayne Newton

Graduated in 1977. Hmmmm...

1. Tonight's The Night, Rod Stewart
2. I Just Want To Be Your Everything, Andy Gibb
3. Best Of My Love, Emotions
4. Love Theme From "A Star Is Born", Barbra Streisand
5. Angel In Your Arms, Hot
6. I Like Dreamin', Kenny Nolan
7. Don't Leave Me This Way, Thelma Houston
8. (Your Love Has Lifted Me) Higher And Higher, Rita Coolidge
9. Undercover Angel, Alan O'Day
10. Torn Between Two Lovers, Mary MacGregor
11. I'm Your Boogie Man, K.C. and The Sunshine Band
12. Dancing Queen, Abba
13. You Make Me Feel Like Dancing, Leo Sayer
14. Margaritaville, Jimmy Buffet

I knew it was a crappy music year, overall, but I had no idea how bad it was (Except for JB).
