My general plan is to take everything out of the bag I packed for Vegas, wash it, and put it back in the bag. Refill the travel size bottles, and replace the winter coat with a beach towel. :D 8) :P

I keep checking to see if the price of your flight has gone down so I can switch and get in earlier. :) I hate to give up a $89 flight for $170 one.

However. they seem to be going in the wrong direction!
That's usually how it goes as time clicks down, Good luck!

Yeah well, I may have to bag the whole thing. I got a call from my mom and she is having some major blood pressure issues that they haven't figured out yet. They tweaked her medication and it seemed to be helping but today she's had a big spike again. She lives alone about 2 hours from here. I'm afraid I'll be so distracted if they haven't fixed the problem by the time I leave I won't have any fun worrying about her having a stroke or a heart attack. I'm still trying to decide what to do.

Thanks Erin, thanks Deb
I'm going to wait til the last minute to cancel anything. I just talked to her and she sounds fine now, it may have been a short term thing, she lifted a lot of heavy stuff today. I told her to HIRE someone to do that kind of thing at her age. She's in such good shape otherwise that she tends to over do it.

Awww Pam I hope your Mom feels better and it's just because she has been doing too much.

I can't wait to meet up with everyone at AJ! Looks like there will be quite a few of us making AJs our first stop! I just hope I don't miss Card Sound Road - we did last time! DUH!!! We have a GPS now so hopefully that will help.

We are at the Southern Most hotel - anyone else?
Ciao!

I expect I'll also be at Lighthouse Ct on Thursday afternoon earlier, and probably again at Lighthouse Ct. on Saturday and Sunday afternoons - Kelly's added a Sunday show before Sunny Jim's Blue Heaven Rendezvous later in the afternoon...which I'm *not* playing at, but will probably be hanging out at.

:D
Hi Loren
I don't know if you remember but we met you at the Fillmore show last year - we were the ones who flew out from Charlotte for our 20th anniversary. We will be staying at the Lighthouse Court so hopefully we will be able to catch up with you :D

Less than a week to go! :D :D :D
Of course I remember you folks! :) Glad to hear you're still around and on BN, and while you might have to wave your hands in front of my face to get me to recognize you in the new place and context, I will be happy to see you there. (Parts of my memory, they no longer work so good.)

I just had a phun time at our local Buffett show - Shoreline this year - last night. Great rehearsal for MOTM. :)
