*shudder*.... one thing you can't mess with: sick days.... if you're out sick you'd better be at home or in the hospital.... that'll get you fired here, calling in sick when you're somewhere else.....
I hear ya - I've had jobs/bosses like that - it sucks - just hope you will be able to make it!

I'm not sure how many of you are aware, but Charlotte's mother (G'ma Hen)
passed away this morning. I know we all send our condolences and hope she
will still be able to attend MotM next week. (You need to be there, sista-girl.)
Charlotte ("caphmobile" on BN) is the new MotM Director in Training! If she's
there, let's be sure to organize at lot of GROUP HUGS!
We love you, Char! You and your family & friends are
especially on our minds and in our hearts at this time.
And sail on, G'ma Hen! We know you will be missed.

Cross your fingers and toes please! A little phin power may be needed if Tom and I are going to make it to MOTM this year. Both Tom and Tyler have been battling a "stomach bug"(as Tom called it) Well I called Tyler's Dr. and he order a "test" and Tyler tested positive for C-diff. An intestinal bacterial infection. Tyler is being treated but Tom, being the stubborn man that he is, hasn't been tested yet. This is not Highly contagious but can be contagious among people with compromised immune systems. The last time Tom looked and felt this bad he ended up in the hospital.
I told him, if he ends up in the hospital because he was too stubborn to call the Dr. . . . . .I'd send him a postcard from KW!!!!! I knew it was too good to be true!

I am glad mom is stable and in good hands.Yes,I too am cutting my toenails tomorrow and have had so much stress this week that I have chewed my fingernails and I will be ready to go come Wednesday after I wash my hair and let it dry.Bringing hats just in case
