That's Kellie Pickler, country artist,who made her claim to fame by acting like a dumb blonde.
She was on American Ido.

I was wondering why she was playing for charity, figured it was someone that was....cough, cough...."famous", and she sure is pretty to look at and has a good voice, but I got a box of rocks smarter than that.
