I should start by saying that I am not all religious (except when I fly)...

I was at a bar last night and a drunk guy was spilling religious talk to anyone who would listen, he asked me what my faith was, I told him I didn't have one, he said everyone does - I said OK the Red Sox are my faith...him now getting annoyed said "so you don't go to church" I said sure I do, many times a year, he asked which on, I said Fenway Park. And with that the conversation ended.

Celtics-Spurs on now, starting the 4th Q, good game so far. Both teams missing an all star player.

Isn't that called Centerfield?
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

I don't know if I asked this question before BUT how does someone keep his status as a rookie if he was called up the year before, but didn't play the whole year, and then the next year, is called up and stays the whole year. Is it because he didn't play the whole year he is still considered a rookie?

For example, Clay Buchholz. I think he will be considered a rookie next year.

John Fogerty sings it, it is called Centerfield. Up until a few years ago they used to play it at every sox home game when the team took the field.

When Fogerty plays Centerfield in concert he uses a guitar that looks like an oversized Louisville Slugger.

Sat next to an over 40 Packer fan that went to Lambeau last year on an airplane flight. He was on a tour and was able to walk out of the Packer tunel onto the field. THe tour director told everyone in the group not to go on the field and tear up the turff. Well, he said he and about 20 other men between 40 to 60 were overcome and took off for the end zone. They dove in from the one yard line, rolled around in the end zone and a few tried the Lambeau Leap. He said there wasn't a dry eye in the bunch of them. SOunds like a good chirch to me.
got to stop wishin' got to start fishin'....
