4/12/08 - New London, CT
The USS Eagle set sail today for a 6 month cruise to Astoria, Washington and back. Our very own JB will be joining them along the way as they travel thru the Panama Canal. It was a cold and rainy day, but well worth the trip. My youngest keet want to go to the Academy. http://www.cga.edu/display.aspx?id=2558

In the background is General Dynamics, where they build submarines for the Navy.

Just checked it out. How very cool! Do you end up taking more than one and then picking one that defines the day? I am thinking how do you know at what point that pic will define the day? I don't have a digital. I use my 35mm that I have had for 25 years now. I still prefer film. So for me I guess i would almost have to journel each pic to keep track of days. So glad I saw this. Thanks for sharing.
