thank you everyone for the phin power.
here's the results... his review went very well.
however, company's policy is not going to change as far as his base is concerned. he is line with all the other sales people. however, they did review his commissions and that is suppose to change.
ever since i can remember, i swore i wouldn't marry a salesman.
of course dave wasn't in sales when i met him...

yes, he probablycould. only because he's easy going, not sleazy.
