Def Leppard announces spring tour with Styx, REO Speedwagon

Post by MonumentBeach »

On the heels of last summer's tour with Styx and Foreigner, Def Leppard announces a spring tour of the U.S; this time with Styx and REO Speedwagon coming along. Doesn't it seem like there is a tour consisting of either Def Leppard, Styx, REO, Foreigner, Journey, Kansas, etc every year?

I will admit that Def Leppard is still one of my guilty pleasures. As a young kid growing up in the late 80's/early 90's, I still have a soft spot in my heart for them.

It's REO that's not that good anymore. I loved REO, but now they don't sound like themselves anymore.

Leppard always good live, have been since their heyday.

This will be one that I will miss... Having seen these bands years ago. Should be OK but too many other shows on the horizon.
(Black Crowes, Rush, Jimmy etc...)

I saw REO a little over a year ago.....I thought they still sounded pretty good.
Even got to share a cup of coffee with Kevin Cronin the morning after the show.....that was an 80's girl dream come true!
