Jimmy secretly lurking on BuffettNews?

Post by Mottola-Buffett »

Now I'm sure this question has been asked hundreds of times, but with the excuse of being new to BN, I'll ask away... Does anyone know whether or not Jimmy secretly lurks here from time to time? Or do we just like to think he does? Maybe he logs in under some obscure user name????? Mr. Marvin Gardens??
How many of you really think he looks/reads from time to time?

Either that or he has 'people' who read stuff here and maybe give him a very shortened, highlight-type report on stuff he might be interested in knowing.

I think several years ago, he posted after Christmas.....but who knows ? [smilie=q-mark.gif]

I know if I was him, I'd get a real kick out of reading news/discussions about me... "I heard I was in town"... even more fun would be adding comments!

In the CMT 60 Minutes Special he said he "researches" Parrotheads so he understands what we want/like.
Seems to me this is as good a place as any to gather information.

(Note our "March Madness" last year and what "concert standard" song was voted out in the first round?
...and hasn't been played since. )

Although let's face it, without us, the life he has wouldn't be quite the same.

He made some statements on the preshow interviews about an old standard being dropped and nobody complained. I think the general consensus about that song surprised him.

If he really listened, he would abandon 50% of the songs on the Yellow Album and stop playing covers in his concerts. :)

I bet Jimmy has been here . . . and I bet he comes on if there is something crazt written about him . . . . but the way I see it less than 1% of things written here are about Jimmy . . . so I bet it is rare at best . . . unless he is participating which I doubt.
the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .

If there were a website dedicated to you, with thousands of members and millions of posts, wouldn't you at least drop in occasionally to see what the buzz was? I sure would.
