its official! talked to Liz last night... man, I feel so bad that they have to deal with all this so close to the convention. But the good news is that ....
A - The manager that was at the Hyatt for the last RI convention is actually at the Viking now... so they 'get it'...
B - The Viking has actually moved around all their previous reservations so that we are all in the same area, in our own 'block'... we wont disturb others and others wont freak out by what we do! hehehe...
C - Theres actually more rooms of people at the Viking than the Hyatt now, so you KNOW its going to be THE party!
So there you have it! We can decorate our doors, install our bars and carry on. The only issue is that we have to now take a trip in the shuttle... i see that as yet another fun event! Party on the shuttle! Maybe they'll let us decorate that too!

got home and Mr. Mimzy's Victum informed me he may have to go away for work 2/27 - 3/3.
Can't leave bash with anyone until he's better, soooo what does that mean, I am paying for a trip, I may not be able to goto
