With two or three Internet stops at different shops, and maybe one or two trips to the hardware store, I'll bet I could come up with something damn close to that for under $500...and that's using the *good* hammock!

I actually think you can buy REAL palm trees and sling a hammock between them for less. A resturant here in northern VA, has had some in the front for several years.
