Then if you look in Karat's sig line there is a link for some other things there..... pre concert party on Monday at the Holiday Inn (check link to see which one) and the an all day tailgate at the Post Gazette. We usually go at around 11 am and stay all day.

Toronto tailgate isnt anything like Pittsburgh..... you will be surprised.
We were in Toronto, came in a limo from the Buffalo area.
I am about half an hour or so from Orchard Park so if you could give me some more information about that I'd greatly appreciate it! I also sent you a Private Message.

I am checking out Karat's site right now and it looks like a lot of fun! I definately want to be apart of all this fun and have the ultimate J.B. experience! From what I've read on the boards and what a couple people have told me, I will be completely blown away by how different Pittsburgh will be from Toronto. I hope when you say I will be surprised, it's in a good way. :)

One thing I defaintely did want to ask is what should I bring down with me? I just want to make sure this is an incredible concert and especially show my gf why I am so into Jimmy Buffett. Also...will I be treated with open arms since I'm a "newbie" and an outsider? lol.

Thanks for everything!
Hmmmm, you mean after your initiation???

Ok, just kidding (sort of)

Sauce boss....... July 20th at 3 pm, there are hotel that are pretty much in walking distance of the place it is at that are about $60 for the night. Nothing fancy, but a good location.

http://www.rhinosrocks.com The infor is on their home page, and then you can click on the Sauce Boss's website for more info also. Seems interesting. Tickets are $15 which includes food. They do have a full menu there also, and their food is pretty good.

And yes, compared to Toronto, this is a completely different experience...
dont get me wrong, we had a great time in Toronto, but the tailgate party is MUCH different in Pittsburgh.

We are going down early on Monday so that we cn stop in the city and go out to eat at Fat Heads. If you have never been there, it is a great place to go!!

We go into the PGP pretty early on concert day.

We bring, a big fold up plastic table with a tropical table cloth.
alcohol, of course. and enought to share a little bit also because you always end up with fun neighbors!

Food, and lots of it.

Decorations. If you can get your car to look like a cheeseburger, or a shark....... awesome. If not, balloons, pirate flags, or other decorations will do.

Toilet paper.

even if you dont intend on wearing it, a grass skirt and coconut bra. Since wearing it even if that is something you wouldnt normally do.... this will seem like the best idea ever after a few hours of drinking.

alcohol, did I mention that yet???

I am bringing a bubble machine, and a helium tank with balloons.

jello shots

camera

and some more alcohol

We have a bus leaving from the Cleveland area for this concert. 25 of us on a 55 passenger bus (with bathroom etc.) Therefore there is about 30 seats available

If anyone is reading this from the Cleveland area and needs transprtation please e-mail me. The cost for transportation would be $50 each which also includes all you can drink canned beer, hairy buffalo, pizza and full DJ in the parking lot. Departure from Cleveland is at 11am and we would return back around 1am

Please e-mail robrodick@sbcglobal.net for more information
What is a "hairy buffalo" that is included in the cost???

Any way to print out and make the nametags so I can make sure to make a couple to help me stand out? I figure there must be a template or something on this website that I can download, print out, then laminate and make into a lanyard necklace. Thanks!
