So getting the $36 lawn seats are going to be impossible when they sell out in under 5 minutes.....Then im stuck paying $100 for a lawn seat.

presales generally only happen at a space where there are season ticket holders for other events, i.e. sports teams.

For those of you who've attended the pre-concert party in the past, this is the same facility where well-known Jimmy Buffett impersonator TOM WATT has played. Tom is doing it again this year, as explained in his most recent e-mail:

I'm a wedding DJ and I got screwed for the Pittsburgh show last summer. So glad to hear its a Tuesday this year. I just moved to the city and I am happy to be able to not have to travel so far to enjoy the show this year. Can't wait!

I am wondering why is it that some dates are listed with special offers, and some dates are not listed on ticketmaster yet??? The Pitt date is not listed on ticketmaster yet, and it is in livenation, but no info given???

Some of the dates on live nation are listed as "special offers" ??
Any input???

I wonder how ticketsnow has advanced tickets. I was under the impression that tickets became available for sale on the same day. Anyone know how they are able to have tickets for sale already?

I think, and this is pure speculation, that special offers refers to places where you have the choice to buy "VIP Packages", I know at Starlake you have the option of paying to have a small VIP Box in between the front three sections and the back four. Just a guess.

As to how Ticketsnow has tickets, I would also speculate that these are seats which are normally reserved for certain third party affiliates and these affiliates are trying to unload them.

Again all guesses, but it is worth a shot!

I just read some terms on ticketsnow, and realized that these are all 3rd party sellers. My guess is that many o0f them are bogus. Just a guess.

yeah that seems like good reasoning seeing as some of the notes say comparable or better, must be people who just assume they will be able to get those and raise the price.

We just booked our room. The person taking the reservation was very nice and reminded me to call back when our group has their lower rate in the computer and they will make sure we get it.

Hotel looks nice. Saw the pool area. Can't wait for the party!!
