Latrell May Be Broke, But Shaq.....

Post by AlbatrossFlyer »

Now that Shaq has relocated from the high cost of living South Beach to the low rent district of Scottsdale perhaps his expenses will go down.

according to today's paper his divorce financial statement included:

$1.821 million monthly gross income

Monthly Expenses

$24,300 for gas
$17,220 for clothing
$6,700 for dry cleaning
$110,505 for vacations
$60,417 for gifts
$114,946 for misc. expenses
$2,305 for pet care

I'd feel bad for you, but I have no soul.....

He could cut way back if he just used some Dryel...
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

And THEN some ... In fact, he has apparently broken the time/space continuum ... Here's the math:

$24000 / $3 per gallon = 8000gallons x15mpg = 120000 miles / 60 mph = 2000 hours / 24 = 83 days of constant driving! All in one month?! Amazing!

the bentley doesn't get 15 mpg turned off coasting downhill...

and as steve commented, the large domed building next to the suns arena is the dbacks ballpark not the garage for all of shaq's cars..

and at 17K per month for clothes why not just toss them instead of cleaning them?

I can understand the clothing expense, considering that everything probably
has to be custom made, including shoes. He's not a guy with an off-the-rack body.

And are those his expenses, or hers? Hair extensions aren't cheap.

all his expenses...

to put is size in perspective, the suns equipment manager had to special order everything for Shaq. At the press conference the equipment manager noted the biggest suns player wears 3XL practice sweats, Shaq wears a size 5XL. His shoes are a size 23.
